At Zoya Home, we want you to love your living space; if a piece doesn't fit your vision, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
